【フレーズのポイント】”out of spec” と “out of control”
“out of spec”（スペックアウト）は規格値を外れた状態、”out of control”はSPC（統計的工程管理）のコントロールチャートで管理限界を超えた状態を指します。どちらも問題ありですが、意味が異なるので使い分けましょう。
